Individual/Family Emergency Plan

The Individual/Family Emergency Plan is designed to help households create and maintain a plan for what to do during an emergency.  It includes important phone numbers, meeting places, evacuation routes, and steps for staying in touch if you are separated. The plan also considers specific needs such as medications, pets, mobility, or medical equipment. Having a plan in place helps families respond quickly, stay connected, and feel more confident during stressful situations.
